My name is Andile Sangweni(0739659385.I have a store account with Jet stores.On the 2nd of May 2018.I went to Jet sale shop in Bree street Johannesburg .
I wanted to pay my store card but had no card but only ID number.I was advised that I cannot pay with the ID number .I requested that they check from their data base to access the account number, I was told they don't have that facility,,,to me that was a surprise.I then requested to use the phone and do their job and call head office to obtain the account number.The manager Mcebo(not sure if its his real name,he had no tag and I requested him to confirm his name) refused and advised me that they dont have a speed dial to the head office of which that is rubbish.I called the customer service,spoke to Dimakatso and reported this incident and was advised that they will provide feedback within 48 hours and that was not the case,,,till today
