Replacement card

Hi all

I am not happy with the new card replacement process.

My mom lost her Jet card 2 weeks ago and she is struggling to get it replaced. She was advised that that no-one knows when the cards are going to be delivered and available to the customers. Secondly, she wants to pay her account however she cannot do that due to no-one can assist with the card replacement. Thirdly, her cellphone insurance approved her claim and she cannot proceed and take a phone, again due to no-one can assist with the card replacement.

I am very disappointed with the service and treatment. My mom has been a loyal customer for more than 15yrs.

I need to know, when is she gonna get her new card? Can the card be urgently delivered to Maponya mall or Bara mall, urgently, please?

Your urgent assistance will be highly appreciated.
