Insurence unfairly Cancelled after long time payments

My Funeral insurance linked to my Jet Account has been cancelled as I was instructing Jet to cancel another insurance that I did not know. This was when I stop payment since the cancellation of the unknown insurance could not happen.

I need the other insurance that I know and I have been having and paying for since 2004 to be immediately reinstated as I have already spend a lot of money on it and I am now left with my family uncovered.
