Subscription fees charged without concent

I am fed up. Over a year ago I settled my Jet account in
Full. Not owning them anything, but keeping my account open for any unforeseen events. Them I suddenly received mails from MBD attorneys with regards to fees owed to Jet forR241.78. I phoned MBD and they could not even tell me what it was for and that I must go Instore to Jet to resolve. This I did and Jet told me that a 3rd party company RMCS group charged subscription fees of Mobicell to my account. I have never even heard of them. First they told me that they had proof in voice recording for this and when I pressed them for the recording as I know I never spoke to anyone about this, they suddenly changed their story and said they have no records.Now it was suddenly a link, what a load of nonsense. I got them to pass credit for half of the amount to my acc. Now outstanding is R141.82. Every time I phone they give ref. And tell me will take 5 working days, nothing is coming of this. Now they have blacklisted me on my credit profile, unacceptable, the account is in dispute and now I want my account holder, Jet to take responsibility for my account. As my account is ultimately with them. How can they let anyone just charge my account without any proof and keep me liable. This is as good as fraud. Please assist, I am sure if they do this to everyone, even if this is a small amount, they squandered millions of money out of poor customer. Jet should disassociate themselves with such crooks. Please help as MBD refuses to clear my credit score if Jet does not clear my account. I am an innocent victim of telemarking taking fat chances. I want to know who can help with this and claiming from them damages to not only my name, but to my credit score where I have to pay more interest on loans, higher interest on purchasing a vehicle etc. and not being able to get new accounts, because of this.
