I went to buy school bag this morning at Jet store Ladysmith aeound 09h30 to 10h00 the bag had no price tag i was told to wait for an hour to get the price. Well i did not have a problem.with that until the lady by the name of Nelly who was called to assist with doing the pricing for the bag said to the lady at the till who asked her to said "NGIZENZE IPRICE YESKHWAMA YINI" in her words translates " must i be the price of the bag?".
I got angry told her to leave i left the store but could not cool off I came back asked for the customer care servuce number. I was not given instead they call the Lady Nelly to come and apologise the matter escalated to a point where Nelly told me to google the customer care service number when i insisted on getting the number in her words "IGOOGLISHE".
Got super angry reported to her store manager by the name of Thully or Thule i left fuming did not want to talk because i was super angry by that time.

I request an urgent respond to the matter please. Another thing they dont wear name badges so the names i was given might not be the names.
