I bought winter boots at Jet Village squire Randfontein last month.

Only wore the boots 3 times and bought them last month. They now have holes on the heels and very uncomfortable to wear because stones go under.

Is there a way I can return those back take my money back. I thought they would last me for 3 months but no.
I lost the receipt and they won't take them back.
How can I get a refund and get something else since I'm unemployed and cold?
