Jet Westgate went in to do a return .Had no slip items was send to Limpopo.Was purchased at Northgate Jet.
First of all I was told no returns after 30 days I must go and read my slip.
Can't exchange it because I have no slip
She went to call another manager .
Was told also they are offline can't check on the system for my purchase
Than the manager came back told me she canlickdiwn do the exchange for a less price the item is markdowns current.ly.
Very appalled with the service I received if you purchased an item during lockdown my child in Limpopo 8 Years old so he had to exchange it himself .This is the only time I can exchange it .
I really need an explanation don't you have our purchaseson your system .
