On the 9March 2023. I was at work and I received Sms that my Jet card was being used at Shoprite checkers for 2200... And then in a few minutes another sms for 4900.00. I thought it was a mistake when I took my card out my bag and looked at the last 4 numbers and it reflected the same . I quickly called the number for Jets to block the card.. which they did quickly . I was most surprised that a Jet card could be used at Shoprite .. but I still could not be helped in reversing these transactions... But was then told go to your nearest branch which is Pinecrest to pickup a firm and fill it in .. my word .. talk about inconvenience...my information was used by some1 else . Which we trust would be kept safe .. Poppia Act and all .. I was told in the store there has been 16 people in the last week who had the same problem... I WAS SPEECHLESS THAT THIS WAS NOT STOPPED BY THE FIRST COMPLAIN!!!! Oh and should they not receive all the paper work from me .. I will be liable for this account...
