Marketing Phone/Mailers

I've spoken to a manager on the phone that promised he'd remove me from their marketing offers both by mail and phone.
Debit cards keep showing up at least one or two per week.
Please make them cease and desist so I don't have to pay a lawyer to send them a letter.
