Fraud

I received dress from them but its quality is awful and their contacts are fake. Such place doesn't even exist. What a fraud. All I need it just my money back!

Fraud

If the company didn't exist you wouldn't have received the dress. Read the return T&C on their website. As a last resort you can dispute the charge with your bank.
