Gap Coverage

On 6/27/20 Me and my daughter was in a bad car accident that wasnt my fault my car was totaled by my insurance company Pronto i had my car towed to Toyota of Homestead in fl thats where i brought the car from pronto insurance company went there to pick up my car i got my Gap Coverage through Toyota when i purchased the car and not through an insurance company i was told by my lien holder SantanderConsumer usa my gap company was JM&A Group and i have to go online and create an account i did but it didn't let me upload the documents they said they need for me to file a claim so i called and told them i cant upload my documents. like they was blocking it she said i dont know why you cant upload which the leinholder sopose to send in all those documents to the gap company and i was told by the gap company to call and canceled my gap with Toyota that was a big red flag why would i do that and i didn't cancel my gap through Toyota and i was told SantanderConsumer usa submitted all my documents but when i press download on each document they blank the check from pronto insurance my payment history accident report every things blank another redflag i dont think thats my gap company and will be going to Toyota and ask the name of my gap company to see if it matches whats on my original papers i sign when i purchased the car in February of2014 i also was told i had a $1,000 deductible for my gap only $1,000 deductible i have is with my car insurance company Pronto dont seem right Toyota didn't say i had a deductible so if i had a$250 or$500 deductible JM&A Group was going to say the same thing i will get to the bottom of this because if they are my actual gap company i will see them and SantanderConsumer usa in court im not paying for nothing the gap company sopose to pay and when me and my daughter was being discharged from the ER at Memorial Hospital Pembroke i was given two papers to fill out for me and my daughter showing zero balance i ask her whats that for i why its saying zero balance which i already given her my insurance company Pronto so thats all she needed and that's why i didn't fill those out no need bill my insurance nobody not going to act like we wasn't seen there on 6/27/20 period because i know we have a balance at that hospital
