ruined crew socks

I bought 2 packages of the 5 pack men's crew socks and there were so many plastic security ties in each pack that it ruined the socks by poking so many holes in them as the plastic ties were stuck in the weave of the socks.I tried to be careful but to no avail to get them out without snagging them. The socks looked great in the package but not worth it in the long run when they get destroyed getting them out.

Gloves joe boxer

I bought winter gloves that "supposedly" were made to where you can text with them on. They even had the thumb and index finger a different color to show that. The result is worse than any glove I ever tried to text with. I've always bought this brand and never had had a problem.

boys 5 pack black ankle socks

I purchased three of the five packs for the last three years, and this purchase is the first time I have ever experienced a problem. Every package I purchased had either one or two pair that keep falling down into my shoes. Upon wearing them for the first time. I have never had this problem in the past and I buy everyone JB socks for Christmas it's traditional for grandma, and mom of four. I am having second thoughts now with the problem I encountered and k-mart will not consider taking them back or even exchange them for me because they were worn.I really hope you can explain to me why this issue started and if it is going to continue. I will not purchase another pair of JB socks if there is no explanation for this issue. Sorry can't afford to purchase name brand socks that are disposable after only one wear. Looking forward to hearing from you.

premium quality socks no more

I usually buy 12-15 pairs of Joe Boxer men's crew socks each year at Christmas for my husband to wear to work with his steel toed boots. This year, I made the mistake of getting rid of the 3-5 year old Boxer's he owned, just to start the year with all new. Today is just January 4Th, The last newly purchased (Dec 2012) Boxer's socks will be worn and by 2pm a hole will appear in The heel of The new socks. In the trash they will go along with the other new socks. What happened to producing a quality, premium sock that stood above Champion, Footlocker and Nike socks? Another China manufactured crappy item of poor quality and craftsmanship. I defended Kmart and never supported Walmart by never stepping foot in their store since they drove our Kmart into closing years ago. I also supported Boxer's by never buying poor crummy Hanes socks. I can only hope in my trip to DC This weekend I can locate a Roses, Super 10, or Maxway store that carries the socks from JB 3-5 years ago when a premium item was made and lasted longer than 1 wear and not even 6 hours. Nothing changed on our end, same steel toed boots worn with the once great JB socks. I regret throwing the old socks out. They were still wearable and had lasted years and NOT falling apart before 2:15 pm each day. This is what happens when USA doesn't let Americans work and produce items that WILL last. Sears, Kmart and JBoxer, THANKS FOR RIPPING ME OFF. Thanks for joining Hanes in producing a crappy item. Lenoir, NC resident who emailed Kmart about this.

return of Chirstmas gift

A week after Christmas I attempted to return a pair of pajamas and slippers that I had received as a gift. The two items were in a gift box and still had the Sears tags attached with the price removed off the bottom of the tags. I was told that without a receipt I could not return them. The fact that there were still tags attached with Sears written on the tag should have been proof enough that the items were purchases there.They ask for the person who gave me the gifts phone number which I did not have. I am now contacting you because after 2 1/2 months of the gift box laying around I took it to the garbage can. With this experience I would never purchase a gift at Sears and will encourage everybody I know to not shop at Sears. I have bought all of my major appliances in the past from Sears but will no longer buy anything from Sears.

return of Chirstmas gift

The fact that there were Sears tags only prove they came from Sears, NOT that they were BOUGHT. Your gifter could have asked for an received gift receipts. That is what they are for. Not every place is Walmart where they kiss your ass. Some stores actually make you prove a purchase, not just take your word.

I will not stop shipping at Sears just because you are an idiot.
