John Bales is not the problem here. It is his supervisor and the attorney he claims to be his "right hand". Both of those employees significantly effect the workplace. The right hand attorney harasses and stalks clients and co-workers alike. The supervisor is awful, she has no care about the employees and has absolutely no idea what she is doing. This has been the worst place ever to work at. She is rude and mistreats all the employees. It is a high stress environment, unorganized, and like a dictatorship. Most of the other people there are a joy to work with but the manager makes it unbearable. Beware if you are a female as well because the right hand attorney is one that will harass you and if you do not give him what he wants, he will make you even more miserable at the firm. The administrator does not care about work product or helping clients only about money, and only money she will make. Stay far away from this firm. One is better of jobless then working in the conditions they subject you to there.
