ek verneem net graag wat ons te doen staan insake 'n motor wat ons op "huurkoop" gekoop het by 'n firma. ons het die otor slegs 7 dae gebruik toe die engine oppak. dit is nogal n duur motor. hulle hou ons verantwoordelik vir die regmaak van die kar wat R46000 beloop asok 2 maande se huur van R20600.00. na ons et hul kontak gemaak het en 'n reeling getref het aanvaar hulle dit nie. ek het my deposito terug gevra en gesê hul moet dan maar die kar hou. ons betaal die kar oor 54 maande met 'n paaiement van R10500.00 vir 'n 2011 model en waarvan die boekie waarde maar +- R150000 is. et ander woorde ons betaal meer as R500000.00 vir die kar
wat net vir my te veel is . Ons kan 'n nuwe SUW vir daai prys koop. Sal waardeer indien u ons van raad kan voorsien

In December 2013, I took my Regal Raptor to a local bike shop for repairs and maintenance. As of today, 18/03/14, it is still in the shop, waiting for parts from Jonway. The owner of the shop, and other shop owners in the area, are literally sitting around doing nothing, because they cannot get spares from Jonway. He told me he has had to refund several clients who gave up waiting. I have paid R4300 for the parts & repairs which still have to be done. Apparently Jonway tell the dealers it will take 8 weeks to get parts! How do the dealers stay afloat when they can't repair any bikes due to lack of parts? How the hell does Jonway stay in business if this is how they operate. Since buying my bike, I've had nothing but problems with it and unfortunately, only now am I hearing horror stories about the bike AND Jonway. I had less than 2000km on the clock, when on 2 occassions; luckily in both cases I was going slow; my rear wheel bearing gave up the ghost and on another, a bolt came loose inside the cover and stuffed up the flywheel and cracked the cover.
