I wish that Susan Thomas would stop acting like a school girl, she is after all in her mid fifties. Her giddy behavior is distracting. I usually put her on mute, so that I can just view the items and not listen. I find her speech irritating. I think she has some sort of prosthetic device for her teeth which makes her lisp and slurp. Perhaps she could remove it during showings.
