Penipuan Celcom dapat phone percuma

Salam dan Selamat Sejahtera,

Saya pelanggan Celcom. Saya nak buat aduan:

Pada 10 Nov 2017 jam 7.00ptg saya dapat pangilan dari celcom melaka Bahawa saya dapat phone Samsung J3 Pro percuma tapi esoknya 11 Nov 2017 Jam 12.00tghari saya Pergi ke Celcom Blue Cube AEON melaka untuk menuntut phone tersebut tapi staf celcom Puan Nur Shahirah (C1084) cakap tiada stok untuk phone tersebut dan tiada. Saya rasa tertipu dan buang masa dengan layanan staf tersebut.
