Barang tak dihantar

Saya ada 3 parcel semua kena collect dekat penjabat pos kapar???
Dah kenapa peram sampai 7 ke 10 hari ye???
Knp poslaju tak hantar ke rumah??
Saya bayar duit postage tau lepas tue saya sendiri kena collect ulang alik..
Klu ada 100 parcel tak kan saya asyik nak gie colloect je..
