I made a phone call to the ktmb call centre to check on how to purchase train ticket online. Because the website is faulty, therefore we have no choice but to go personally to purchase the ticket at the counter itself. Reached here at 415pm to get a number to be in queue to buy ticket. Got a number and ahead of me is 110 numbers more. I have waited for one hour and there are still 50 numbers ahead of me. In equation, it will take be 110 minutes just to purchase aatrain ticket???!!!! This is so call you want to go towards a developing country and yet a simple transportation system also cannot get it right.
