US$ 46.00 claimed in excess


A few days ago I contacted Just Answer regarding a problem I had with my Laptop. I was asked for details of my Mastercard
and was charged US$ 5.00. My problem was solved the day after and I informed Just Answer about it.

On the 18.11.20 I was informed by my bank that my Mastercard has been use by Just Answer for an amount of US$ 46.00
without my authorization.

I have contacted Just Answer and asked for a refund of US$ 46.00 . In reply they told me that I failed to cancel my membership after a period of 7 days and therefore they are not in a position to refund me.

I wish to point out that with the US$ 5.00 paid I was entitled for trial membership of 7 days. My problem was solved in less than 2 days.

I would appreciate if you could look into the matter and look forward to receiving some good news from you soon
