I signed a contract on 4/24/17 with Chris P. at Just Fitness 4U, 3101 Roswell Rd. Marietta, GA 30062 and this morning I went to the gym and spoke with Chris P., on 4/25/17 to cancel membership in accordance with their notice of Cancellation I tried to give Chris P. a letter of cancellation that either could be hand delivered or mailed to the above address. I hand delivered it and he refused to sign the letter acknowledging receipt, that's when he got really ugly. He was angry asking why did you join yesterday and cancel today? he said "you never intended to join," he accused me of lying; this man, Chris P., spoke to me in a hostile voice. I never raised my voice to him I was calm throughout this discussion I said to him "I didn't come here to argue with you I only want you to accept the letter," and I asked 4 or 5 times, he just kept refusing to sign, he said "you don't have to give me a letter I am not the CIA," but I kept saying I am following the guidelines for cancellation of the service membership agreement that says in paragraph 1. He constantly talked in an anger tone, he left and went behind the desk and brought me a cancellation notice and said "sign this don't worry about the contract," well needless to say he would not accept the letter, so I went to post office and mailed the letter both certified and regular.
