Scam - withrdrawal from account

Used them once for a trial, unbeknown until recently, for the last 6 months they have been taking £50 a month from my account.
No receipt of payment or any indication from them to state the case for them deducting funds from my account each month .
Asked for a refund, only this months payment returned.
Dishonest and I would say unlawful.
Don't ever use this scam company
