i'm complaint is regarding JustAnswer.com i ask them a question taht i need to get my nokia mobile 6700c-1 unlocked
they said i've to pay deposit of £1 refundalbe if i'm happy with the answer i they will charge me £10 for unlocking but since then no reply i'be been waiting 1 hour and 15 mintues can you please help i think this company is a fraud

they asked me to pay a deposit including the charge for unlocking in total £11 paid by card payment
