Claim warrantty
Hi Honda,
Im owner of the HONDA HRV VEU 4933. I have sent this car for warranty claim at Kah Motor Selayang. They have changed bumber but still there has gap between. Door modelling rear rubber has gapping too at both side. 1st time they did claim this under warranty. Now when gapping again said cannot claim under warranty. Almost 2 months my car in the service centre. Is this how your customer service works or you dont have anyexperienced staff to handle this issue? Im paying installment without my car. Could you kindly answer me? I want to do a report and complaint to hal ehwal pengguna if the issue persist. Reply me urgently or arrange a meeting with your manager. Kah motor selayang Mr. Jacky not responding me for my query. He always push me to HQ. Dont push me to bring this case to Hal ehwal penghuna. I need immidiate action.
