misrepresented trade-in remuneration

Hello,
My name is Kimberley Tombs. I am a loyal Ford patron of 47 years; 25 years have been at Kanata Ford.
Approximately every 2 years I buy a new car and trade in my previous car.

Until this most recent purchase, I've always been treated with respect and consideration; especially at the service department. Also until this year, I have had the privilege of using the Z-plan, until my father (a former Ford employee) recently passed away.
The Z-plan meant that I didn't need to worry about negotiating or escalated fees, and a trusting relationship was developed over the years.

This time, although I did expect to pay more in fees than I had in the past, I did not expect to be treated so badly as I was.
After lengthy discussion and tentatively agreeing to certain arrangements, I informed my sales representative that I had to leave because I had a movie date with my young granddaughter; the 1st one in over a year due to COVID, and that I would return in the next couple of days to complete the transaction.

He urged me to quickly sign the contract with a financial agent--not once, but twice--and because of my history with Ford, I was compelled to accommodate him.

The contract was negotiated, and I signed it in good faith (believing that the calculations would accurately represent what was discussed).
However, after looking it over, I had some questions about the trade-in remuneration that was specifically offerred, as well as some other details.

Well, those questions and the way the Dealership employees involved have behaved toward me, has caused so much aggravation that I can't even look at my shiny new car without feeling depressed.

I was yelled at, taunted, ridiculed, and intimidated--all over a difference of $2000. for my trade-in.
I tried appealing to the sales manager, but to no avail.
He claims that he addressed all of my concerns and was very professional with me, but there was no apology (which would have gone some distance for me) or compromise; ultimately it was "you signed the contract".

I purchased a $50,000 car and traded in a car in excellent condition with less than 20,000 km., and I still have several more car purchases and service in my future--
Can my satisfaction and relationship with Ford really be so inconsequential after all these years--as $2000 or else?

I will gladly explain the details of the transaction, if you are interested in knowing.
For now, I am just so sad........
