I haven't got my card and it's been 5weeks now

I reported my card lost almost 5 weeks ago and I still don't have it. I've talked to 4 people they all state that my card is on the way but no card has really been sent to me. This is some BS!! I will never bank with them EVER!! I just want my ### MONEY ASAP!!
