Pros

1. MD will call you as Sir or Madam

Cons

1. No ESI or PF and No Salary structure, though registered as Pvt Ltd. Consolidated pay for the number of days worked. So if you are sick it will be a LOP.

2. Office size just 1000sqft. (Size of a house) with 8 mic CCTV cameras to watch and hear the employees conversation lively.

3. Office with glass partition , no walls. Awkward for ladies to work since MD can see you through glasses. Employees won't have privacy.

4. Employees won't get proper Roles and Responsibility. MD would assign a task through task management software , employees will be questioned daily through software. A software to manage 7 employees, always you will be treated as a suspect or a cheater by the management.

5. No compensation and benifits, No leave like CL, SL, PL. Employee should not expect coffee or tea.

6. Employees are being fired every month. Job insecurity very high. Stress level would be high since employee can't speak to colleague inside the office.

7. Every month you would see a new colleague but the employee size remains the same as 7.

8. The management would not give you an appointment letter signed by MD while joining so you won't have any proof of employment also company policy and procedure.

9. Sacking of employee can happen any time with no reason as the management would suspect performance all the time.

10. Life at risk , due to political support the management takes a toss on employees life. They beat employee.

If you join this office you would put your life at risk also you will have a break in your career. The management has shifted its office from Pondicherry to Chennai in 2017 due to some problem.

I am posting this article to save your life from risk. More than 10 staffs of Accounts , HR & Admin dept was sacked within 3 months.
