Late delivery

Hello..this complaint refer to courier poslaju port Dickson.. my parcel status "dispatched out" since 15 March 2021..but until today its still same..why? Normally, its only take 3 days from negeri sembilan to kelantan..please courier poslaju Port Dickson, take it seriously..please send my parcel as soon as possible..its urgent..
