I went to is if KD
Financial Services and had my taxes done. Called back with bank information which I gave

to their staff. They took the information down incorrectly and as. a result the IRS was unable to complete direct deposit. Therefore, they mailed my return which is now lost!
Due to the incompetent staff I now may not get a return until July!!!
I should have my tax fee refunded since I file 3/4/19, and due to the negligence of their front desk I am penalized.
