Barang tak sampai Dari POS laju...!!

As'salamualaikum & salam sejahtera...
Saya Ada Oder barang Shopee menggunakn khidmat POS laju...tapi barang mcm hold / stuck tak sampai² kat POS laju subang Jaya... Kenapa ya.. saya harap pihak tuan dapat buat pemeriksaan. apa msalah nya.. Di mana barang saya.. hilang ke? Kena curi ke?
