I retained this group on Dec.4 and have not yet been offered any help. I have emailed and called many times and the non lawyer assistants refer me to other non lawyers who are rude and offer no help. When I call, I am put on hold for at least 6 1/2 minutes during which ads are played. If you finally get through to them, a non lawyer talks with you but offers no substantive help. I have requested a refund of my 2700.00 retainer.
I have spoken also with the Fl. Bar and they are aware of problems with this group. KEL was dropped by the BBB in 2008. I need to have my retainer refunded. I am 69 and disabled and the bank has already foerclosed while I was waiting for help from KEL.
Can you help get my refund ?
