I'm so disappointed with this "Top of the Line" refrigerator. I bought my Kenmore Elite 795 refrigerator 2015. Since then I have had to replace the compressor twice, the condenser and both evaporators in 2019. Now it's 2020 and here we go again. I'm not made of money. I just a product that works. I have NEVER had a refrigerator that just stops working after several months. My out of pocket cost just to repair over and over again is ridiculous. I have been an avid Kenmore customer for years from (Refrigerator, Washers, Dryer, etc). I guess it's time for a change. What happen to the quality? So, so dissatisfied. I need a replacement that works!!!!!

I guess I am not the only one that after 18 months of buying a $2000 fridge the compressor dies. Apparently that fridge comes with a bad compressor because it has a plastic part. Paid 750 to get it fixed with a new and better one because the warranty is only for 12 months. Will never buy Kenmore again knowing that it has a compressor problem and wont honor a warranty. I have never had any appliance that stopped working after 18 months.
