We purchased a Kenmore Elite bottom freezer refrigerator 3 1/2 years ago. After 1 year we had ice forming behind the deli drawer. So the whole inside back panel had to be replaced. 1 year later but our of warranty the same issue and the same fix. And another $500.00. Now the compressor is out, it is under warranty but who knows how much it will really cost. We have to pay a service charge and probably labor. Once its fixed we are selling it on Craig's list.
