My Mum got ripped off these firm of plumbers scam, called on emergency ended up with a bill for £359 for 30mins work for a boiler not operating correctly, told she would need a boiler, frail and elderley she is 89 years of age with no hot water or heating (we were away) the man was very pushy and aggressive told her she had to have a new boiler and would get it fitted, no price was given and she ended up with a bill over £3000 scammed, we have since called in another plumber and trading standards are investigating, please be warned not to use this company, use a proper company people like this discusting low life horrible people
