6 Sept 2016: i made a ETS ticket reservation to Kuala Lumpur this morning, made payment thru Maybank2u which was successful but on KTM E ticket System log out. All records and reservations vanished
i have checked with Maybank2u and showed transaction confirmed went thru to KTMB.
as per all complains below no body from KTMB hotline picks up the phone.
