I would like to lodge complaint against your KFC branch at Lvl 12 Tower 1, VSquare @ PJ City Centre, Jalan Utara 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan

Issue: Discrimination and Dishonest to consumer

On 18th Oct 2017, we had purchased a meal which include - Egg Riser and Twist LT ( in the store you had Egg Riser displayed on your display board of $4.50 (see attached photo)), however, on our receipt it has been charged with $7.00 and same applied to another product - Twist LT @ $7.90 (see attached receipt - Tax Invoice 219-148)

We had clarfied it with your staff straight away, yet, the answer given to us indicating the price on the display board is inaccurate and the product price has gone up

A couple minutes after, we have evidence proving your staff has lied to us.

A Malay couple have shown us their receipt (see attached receipt - Tax Invoice 219-149). They had ordered the same meal - Egg Riser, the with price of $4.50 rather than $7.00, Twist LT @ $4.90 rather than $7.90

On the same day with a couple minutes difference, two different customers had been charged a totally different price due to the difference in race and skin colour.

Due to we are Chinese thus your staff has charged us a much higher price and without admitting the mistake and apologising, they chose to lie to us and ignore our enquiries and request.

This action has damaging your image of international franchise business and has broken your reputation/trust to your consumer.

I would like to request your management to look into this and get back to me with appropriate response within 48 hours before I proceed further.
