- as my comment to Hanzel, if you stayed 3 years in that company..its not pretty joke.its an a big accomplishment!
but if you do had that bad image with co employees, i'd rather say, dapat 1st contract palang you';re already done .
if you say so, 3 years k na sa company, maybe its your superiosr fault, why they didnt notice in earlier if you are really acting this x-type attitude.?? dont they have a job evaluation, ? feedback? and updates to their subordinates..?

- for you hanzel, Public Attorneys Office is the best place to go, if u let this situation be clear up both parties.
- more trainings and attitude enhance to the company as well as to employee must be conducted.
- as i to suggest, pls. have 3rd party, with this kind of situation to make it not bias in both sides.
