I ordered my food and it is suppose to delivered by 9:00p.m. After few minutes I ordered I received a phone call from the nearest branch which is Mutiara Damansara Branch (The Curve) . They inform me and told me that they cannot delivery to my house after 6:00p.m because it is high rise apartment. They only inform me that they will only will come till lobby and the food must be collected by someone. So if that the case why do I need to pay delivery fee for it, since the delivery is not made till my house..? This issue need to be taken seriously.
