part meal received
I complained about only receiving part of the meal that I received. I spoke witht the manger and the regional manager and also send kcf customer care about a 1000 emails and to date I got no closure or refund etc. I am disgusted with the service of KFC. This incident took place on 30.02.2018. My case no. CAS-349581 - X8B5FO. A " Julia Maphoto" was handling this but no lond responds to emails and believe me when I saw I have sent her and kfc customer care more than 1000 emails.
VERY VERY POOR SERVICE, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERE SERVICE.
