im employee of kfc.i was working from 6 months .i have taken 4 off with permission of r.g.m .and now area coach is saying to me to give resignation letter and said don't come from tomorrow without any notice .now how can i adjust my family.only one income is coming in my home . please i want Justice

India I tried to get your brand in Kashmir and was trying from last two years to get it through but unfortunately when everything was going smoothly my client had some questions in Loi which was to be signed but your employee from diwayani group instead clearing the doubts rejected his property which is very bad first talking to the landlord from last 6 months then rejected his property without any reason. Is not justified

I purchased a large Mashed Potato and Gravy at this location a few days ago. I was given the large Mashed Potato and no gravy and a small Mashed Potato with Gravy on it instead. A few days later I returned to make another purchase and explained what happened and asked for a large gravy. They charged me $3.89 for the gravy so I told them what happened again. They wouldn't give me the gravy so I asked for a refund for the gravy. I asked to speak to a manager and the one that gave me the refund said that he was the manager. I explained it again to him. He said he couldn't give me "free food". I said it wasn't free, I already paid for it when I bought the mashed potato and gravy originally. He said since I didn't call that same night there was nothing he could do. I said I didn't know I had to call that night. He still wouldn't give me the gravy. He kept smiling/smirking the entire time like he found it humorous. I didn't. I asked for the local franchisor number to call and he said he didn't know it, I told him I didn't believe that he didn't know where to call if there were any problems but he insisted he didn't. I'm sure this was a lie. After 10 minutes arguing about it and 5-6 cars waiting in line and 2-3 employees standing behind him staring in disbelief, he finally said I could have the gravy so I would leave the drive thru window I'm sure. I refused the gravy and told him he was stupid for arguing about it. He asked if I called him stupid and I said yes he was because a manager should have not argued for that long with a 30+ year customer over gravy that was left out of an order to begin with. I will not go to this location nor any other KFC in the Lafayette IN area again as they are all owned and managed by the same company and this is how they train managers to treat customers and don't want to be bothered. Too bad for them. They don't need me. I have plenty of other choices that appreciate my business. I would hope my 30 years of patronage is worth more than 50 cents to the next business.

We were in KFC on Oct. 3, 2014 and the floors were nasty as well as ALL the tables..Customers trying to find a place to eat that wasn't nasty. This happens a lot lately here at this KFC. They never put any chicken out for buffet, always got to ask for it, no excuse for it.The employees stand in back and goof off while long lines form. They act like it makes them mad if you ask for anything. Why can't you get a manager in there that cares about the customers..this is an on going thing here. We eat in there twice a week and for the past 2 months, it's been like this...pretty bad when you have to clean your own table before you eat..

While my sister and I were eating at KFC on 9-2-11 as I was eating my 4 piece Grilled Chicken Wings as I was chewing my food my tongue and gums began to hurt and taste funny like medal. I spit out the food to find a piece of what you use to clean the grill or pots with. I immedietly went to report this to management and was told I had to wait for the manager to get in at 4:00pm. My sister and I waited. when the manager ws told what had happened she came over to me and asked me what happened.

I showed her the medal and my mouth. Instead of asking me if I was ok, she asked me if I was African. Which I responded no to. She then went on to tell me that it was the cooks fault that there was medal in the food. She said that the pot scraper that he used was old and needed a new one. Then she said that the cook had five children and could not afford to lose his job. I asked her what did any of that have to do with the medal in the food and my mouth being cut.

She said that she did not want any trouble for the cook. I said to her that it was her responsibility as the manager to see that the cook had the proper utilities. I also said what about peoples lives, someone could get very hurt or even die. She did not care about that all she cared about was the cook. She then asked me if I was a Christian, because she loved God. I said yes I am a christian, but that still did not have anything to do with the medal in the food.

She then took the box I had with the medal, chicken and receipt from my hands and said that everything would be ok. Then went and came back with tow $10.00 dollar bills to give to my sister and me. And asked us not to say anything.

This women manager had no regard for human life or safety. Her only concern was for her or the cook loosing there Jobs. She had no concern for me or anyone. I had to finally go to the hospital a few hours later, because my stomach began to hurt, my mouth and jaw still hurt and I needed a Tetanus shot.

This issue needs to be addressed before someone else gets hurt or die from this managers negligence.
