Delivery item was not as per requested

Hey KFC Management,

Complaint Details:-
Ordered 2 box 5pcs bucket Feas , included 2 potato(L), 2 set nuggets 6pcs and drink Pepsi 4cans.

My request was very clear on the receipt that "please give chicken only RIB for both sets and change the potato to coleslaw for both as well. If can't, please cancel this order".

This order was via GRAB and the GRAB rider also has asked the KFC staff is everything as per requested. KFC staff told yes.

Please terminate the manager of that KFC and I think we should advertise or post in social media on what KFC is doing for delivery in Malaysia. KFC just don't care about customer's request.
