LATE, NO MANNER & WRONG ORDER
Yesterday 17/07/2017, I was ordered kfc over the counter, 1 set of snack plate and 1 set D. I already requested 4 pcs chicken is rib and no ice cubes for the soft drinks. 1st, the cashier named Azura, she forget about my order. my order id was 506 but until 511 already pick up their orders, I haven't get my order yet. about 10pm then, she gave me 2 rib, 1 thigh and 1 drumstick for dine in, but I requested for take away. and the soft drinks with a lot of ice cubes. then, I asked her to change. she changed but lastly she gave me 2 rib and 2 thigh. the cashier Azura, didn't say sorry for the late and she gave me the wrong order. in my whole life, I have no problem with kfc. but this is the 1st time bad experience with kfc. at the kfc setia gemilang setia alam branch, new restaurant. I have the receipt and pictures of the chicken. but I can't attach due to the picture size is too large. I need necessary action on this cashier Azura and need feedback as soon as possible. thank you.
