Location: Sutera Mall, JB, Johor, Malaysia.
Time: 4.10pm.

Details - Rejected our order after being queuing up for 10 to 15 min. Asked reason for sudden cancelling and got rude respond blaming customer did not see the Off Duty Sign put out in the middle of our queuing.

Remark: If you do nothing then I feel sorry for you and others. If you investigate, I thank you on behalf of others so that they do not have to face this kind of service from KFC.
