Appalling service
Firstly i order the food online at 13:00 PM 22/09/2020, knowing that it takes time for food to be prepared, i allow atleast 45 minutes leeway.
I get to KFC Verulam and they just ignore me, i understand there is alot of customers already waiting for food however i ordered online so that I don't have to wait when I get there. So there's me waiting for another 30 minutes, ### frustrating because the point of online order is that you don't wait when you get your food.
So i ask for a manager at the people that usually do the packing at collection, those girls didn't give me any attention. The manager's name is Bruce Cele a complete cake if you ask me.
I have been a loyal KFC Verulam customer, I live in Verulam and I think the KFC is convenient for me, However I will no longer be purchasing at KFC any longer and I will also tell my friends and family to rephraine from purchacing at KFC.
We'll just have to take our business elsewhere, like seriously there is a McDonald's just up the road. Appalling service and bad staff.
