We purchased a kia from chatham a year ago oct.They pushed the paperwork at us to sign and we signed each about 11 papers.When we went to go on the highway and use cruise control, it was missing.We went back and turns out they shoved it thru without what we wanted, and we certainly made it clear we wanted THAT.i AM handicapped, and my husband is waiting for knee surgery.Our children all live in Toronto and Oshawa so we need that.The manager was rude and disgusting.i won't go into details.Ayear later there is NO CRUISE CONTROL and it is not available for this car.We were told this by the Kia in London.we paid all in all 29,000 for a vehicle we cannot drive anywere long distance and this dude simply does not care, he made the sale.i would not want to be him right now with this Karma.I WANT people to know what he did to us.He LIES AND LIES about everything.I WILL NOT deal with this guy ever again to fix anythng if by some miracle Kia oversees this and fixes the problem or trades our vehicle.I REFUSE to deal with him he is despicable.
