I have a 2014 Kia Sportage SX and am on the 4th UVO/Stereo/Navigation system. The vehicle only has 2700 miles on it (purchased brand new). I have had to make 10 trips to have the unit replaced four times. The service centers at the dealerships I dealt with truly have little to no understanding of how to do something correctly. KIA had to fly someone from another state to look at the stereo/uvo/navigation unit and verify it was not functioning correctly because the dealership blatantly lied about it. KIA is truly pathetic to work with at any level from the incompetent dealerships to their "case manager" in CA. It's truly unbelievable to me the complete lack of integrity and the blatant lies that come from a single organization. NEVER ANOTHER KIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

with only 75.000km i had to chance my rear wheelbearing including the hub ,and the front wheel bearing. The doorlock ad the passengersite is not working. the rear door lock either. OMG. i will never, ever buy a kia anymore. will not recommend enyone to buy no kia.
What do i have to do people
