Instailed wrong sparepart

On the 29/11/2018 I took my car to Kia Silverlakes Because it struggle to start and didnot want to idle.I told the mechanic what problem was and opened the bonnet.He than pointed to governor and said there is the problem if the car dont want to idle.I told him I know if the car strugle to start it is the sensor on the side of the engin and need to be cleaned.

The servise advisor gave me a quatation of R6318.60.That was the replacement of governor and the other sensor.
The nexst morning my car still didnot want to idle so I took it back.I told Emily to get a other mechanic to work on my car.

This mechanic only claened the throttle body,reset valvues,clean plugs and re gapped and carried out diagnosis fault on the dephaser.

The cost of the governor wasR2317.37.I would like you to refund me that amount.There was nothing wrong with the governor.
