My husband was fired today because of his disability. He had a brain tumor and has been on seizure medication for the past several years! He also has a medical file the size of a novel. He has a metal plate in his head. And his doctor has given me several notes that I have turned in to King Soopers about his disability.The notes even stated that he was not to exert himself and that he could take breaks has needed also not to work more then 8 hours a day! His boss Amanda and Arzoo did not care at all they would make him work 10 and 12 hour shifts. Along with complaining just recently about his breaks then firing him! But they said it was originally because he cussed at Amanda when she was actually cussing at him in front of witnesses! Yes witnesses but did They fire her no. She would also talk down to, degrade and belittle her employees! I'm going to start a lawsuit against this Company because I have finally just had it! They were harrassing a disabled person among so many others! And I have all of the information to prove it!

Poor Customer Service

Poor Customer Service at the Hartsel Dr location by checker Barb T. Not a very efficient employee, rude, and inciting negative discussion. Waiting in this checkers line for 10 minutes while other checkers handled 2-3 customers each. I was visibly frustrated with this checker. She excused her poor effort and used the previous client as the reason. Honestly, I was frustrated, by the time I interacted with Barb T I left angry. I had to tell her if she would showed some concern on my part I would have left frustrated but now I was angry. When I went O bag my items she placed them away from my reach. I was more concerned with getting out of the store and not having the women behind me wait on her overwhelming incompetency. She was rude with her statements, and dismissive of my concerns. That equals loss of a customer and enough frustration to go to every social media website and share my disgust with her and King Soopers. I spoke with a very YOUNG manager who looked shocked when I said her name, ignoring my frustrating experience.

Goodbye King Soopers hello Albertsons.

employee attitude and customer service

At the Aurora, CO (Store #52), there is a black male who stocks shelves there some period of time! I never see him make eye contact, smile or help others (including myself) when they approach him! On Friday, August 21, 2015, since he was in the area where I was looking for the "FREE GIVEAWAY PROMO", I asked him where it was. He didn't say much and walked away!!! HOW RUDE CAN YOU GET!!! He could have at least said he would go check for me and will be right back!?

WI-FI not working

It is SOOOOO frustrating that I can not receive internet at the 15109 E Colfax Avenue, Aurora, CO (STORE 52) location!!!! I have to step outside!
