These people are a joke they don't make their shoes good any more, their store managers are unprofessional and not customer friendly. I was trying to resolve an issue with a so called manager at kings plaza store by the name of Lashae the woman was so disrespectful its hard to imagine how she became a manager, she literally tried to pick a fight with me. Clarks you need to step up your game. We should all file a class action lawsuit against them for their defective brand.
