The company website is changing departure locations unexpectedly. I submitted a search for flights from Phuket to Kuala Lumpur and booked without noticing the departing airport had changed to Langkawi. I had never heard of Langkawi and did a search to see if there was an easy connecting flight (which there was not). I contacted customer service and they advised me to change my flight using their website flight manager, which I did. I asked for a breakdown of costs and what amount I was charged for the changes. They were unwilling or unable to provide more information. I re-visited the site and tried to duplicate my problem with their flight search. I again typed in Phuket and the site pulled up Langkawi for no apparent reason. I took a screenshot and submitted it to customer service. They ignored the screenshot and told me that they had a record of my keystrokes searching for Langkawi rather than Phuket. I advised that I did do that search after the purchase. If they were to look at the keystrokes for the search that was submitted, rather than the damage control I had begun to research after realizing the error, they would see the truth. I'm certain I hadn't searched for Langkawi as I had never heard of it until the website error. Customer service informed me there was no refund available for my flight. I found the website to be deceptive and the customer service to be inappropriate and inadequate.
