Refund not actioned
Hello, I hope you can help. Kiwi.com took payment for luggage and when we got to the airport, they had not passed the payment onto the carrier and we had to re-pay again. When I asked Kiwi for a refund they said to wait for 3 months, it now 6 months on and still no response/communication nor my refund. I have also looked for a complaint section on their website to log a formal complaint and it's no where to be accessed and no where to call someone. It's all done by text and messages and no way to resolve this quicker..
Can you advise?
